Niagara homeowners deserve a third option.

Roof Renew Niagara is locally owned and operated. We started this company because too many Niagara homeowners were being told their only option was a $15,000 replacement — when their shingles still had years of life left, just needing the right treatment.

The Science

What GreenSoy™ actually does to a shingle.

Asphalt shingles are a sandwich of fiberglass mat, asphalt binder, mineral granules, and a UV-protective surface. The asphalt binder is what gives shingles their flexibility, waterproofing, and ability to hold granules in place.

Over time — accelerated dramatically by Niagara's freeze-thaw winters and lakeshore UV — the lighter oils in that binder evaporate. The asphalt hardens. Granules let go. The shingle becomes brittle, cracks, and loses its seal.

GreenSoy™ is a soy-derived maltene oil. Sprayed on, it migrates into the binder and chemically bonds with the remaining asphalt — replacing what evaporated. The shingle softens back to a flexible, sealed state. Granule adhesion is restored. The UV barrier rebuilds.

It's chemistry, not a coating.
